SELECTION
Every choice from A to Z
Today, you can choose from thousands of material options produced by manufacturers from all around the globe. I partner with one of the largest vendors in the state to provide you with a broad variety of materials; from carpets, hardwoods and tiles to LVT, engineered woods, stones and everything in between.

Design Help
With so many material options, it can get overwhelming. If needed, I'll introduce you to my design partners to ensure a selection process that is simple. We'll do a lot of listening to make sure your vision is understood and captured. We'll identify if there are any material alternatives and boil it all down to get you what you want.
SCHEDULE
In Stock vs Non Stock
In general, most materials have a delivery ETA of a couple of weeks from the time of order. Exotic items typically taking longer and stock items, of course, being available immediately. When we select materials for your project, I'll check on availabilities to help eliminate surprises and re-selections.
Seasonal
It's a good idea to keep in mind the time of year you are wanting to install your new surfaces. As the holidays approach towards the end of the year, along with the house guests that tend to follow, many homeowners decide that this is the time to update a home’s surfaces. Planning ahead of time and realizing that this may be one of the busiest times of year will help your project go quicker. It is ideal to place product orders in advance to account for any problems, such as weather, holidays, or other seasonal delays. My job is to take an active role in planning so your project can start and finish on time.

INSTALL
Your Home
We treat your home professionally. I have known my installers for many years and my expectations for prep, cleanliness, carefulness and attention to detail are known. I personally meet with each installer to make sure the install details are clear and there are no initial questions. I will be onsite frequently to ensure standards are met.

Installation Success
Maintaining the budget and timeline is crucial for a successful remodel experience. During your jobs' progress, discovering unknowns is the biggest culprit of budget increases and timeline adjustments. While this usually doesn't happen, most of my customers agree that in the event of an issue, the budget is a priority in relation to the schedule. I'll take care of and solve any daily or common issues. However, if a problem arises, you will be notified and informed of the most budget friendly option to move forward and get back on track. If your job is sizeable or your materials are exotic/custom, I recommend padding your budget up to 20% for unexpected costs while incorporating a couple extra days in your schedule to enable flexibility in the event of obstacles. I put every effort into making sure your job goes as intended, on budget and the result surpasses your expectations.
